Attorneys Janine Botha and Danèl Nel form a vibrant and dynamic team. Conveyancing and Property Law

We specialise in property law and conveyancing, drafting of sale agreements, local property transfers, sectional title developments, subdivisions, consolidations and private bonds.

Notary Services

Notary public services include marriage contracts as well as the certification and authentication of documents for use in or outside of South Africa.

Wills and Estate Planning

We draft wills and give advice on estate planning. We also assist with living wills and powers of attorney.

Deceased Estates Administration

A deceased estate comes into existence when a person passes away, and deceased estate administration is the process of winding up the affairs of such deceased person.
